Juicy beef burger topped with a creamy cheesy salsa, black bean and corn salsa, and crispy tortilla chip strips all served on a whole grain bun.


10 AdvancePierre™ Beef Burger, 2.0 oz. (10 burgers)
5 oz. Red Gold® Nutritionally Enhanced Salsa
5 0z. Land O Lakes® Ultimate Cheese Sauce
10 WG Buns, sliced
1/2 cup Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup Corn, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup Tomato, diced
1/2 cup Peppers, diced
1/2 cup Onion, diced
1/4 cup Lime Juice
2 tsp. Tajin Seasoning
10 tbsp. Tortilla Chip Strips


  1. In mixing bowl, thoroughly mix together the Black Beans, Corn, Tomatoes, Peppers, Onions, Lime Juice and Tajin. Hold under refrigeration until ready to serve
  2. Heat oven to 350°F and cook beef burgers for 8-9 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165° F. Hold in warmer until ready to build burgers
  3. In a saucepan, combine Ultimate Cheese Sauce and Salsa and keep warm until ready to serve 

To Build Burgers:

  1.  Open sliced buns and lay beef burger on bottom bun
  2. Top Burger with 1 oz. of Cheesy Salsa
  3. With #16 scoop, top Cheesy Salsa with Black Bean and Corn Salsa
  4. Top Salsa with Tortilla Chip Strips
  5. Place top bun over the burger and serve
