4 pounds thin spaghetti
8 pounds processed American cheese, cubed
1 10# can (106 ounces) of Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
1 gallon cubed cooked chicken


  1. Cook spaghetti in a saucepan according to the directions on the package.
  2. In a large skillet combine cheese and diced tomatoes. Stir and cook until cheese is melted.
  3. Add chicken and spaghetti to cheese mixture in skillet; stir and heat through.

Microwave Option: In a microwave safe bowl combine cheese and diced tomatoes. Cook in microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir until cheese is melted. Add chicken and cheese mixture to spaghetti; stir and heat through.
