8 oz. All-Purpose Flour
½ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
¼ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper
4 Eggs
8 oz. Parmesan Cheese, grated
8 oz Panko Breadcrumbs
4 oz Fresh Parsley, chopped
2 lb. Boneless Chicken Breasts, cut into strips
Vegetable Oil

  • In a shallow bowl combine the flour, cayenne, salt and pepper.
  • In a second bowl whisk the eggs.
  • In a third bowl combine the parmesan, breadcrumbs and parsley.
  • Dredge the chicken strips in the flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixtures.
  • Fry in the vegetable oil until golden brown and cooked to 165 degrees.
  • Serve with a side of Redpack Marinara Sauce.
